VA Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli argued in federal court Monday, July 1st, 2010, that VA should be allowed to move forward with their lawsuit against Obamacare. The Feds have filed a MTD, Motion to Dismiss. Judge Henry Hudson, an appointee of George H W Bush heard arguments and will rule within 30 days on the MTD. IRS starts mopping up Congress's tax-reporting mess: With a new mandate looming that will require business owners to file millions more tax forms, the Internal Revenue Service has begun the daunting process of figuring out how to turn the law's sweeping demands into actual rules for taxpayers.
